How our token system works....

Each time a patient who is in active treatment comes in,
they will be rewarded with tokens. Patients will
recieve one token for each of the following...

• Good Hygiene (no plaque, food, or puffy swollen gums)
• No breakage of appliances
• Maitenance and wear of removable or active appliances (Head gear, expander, elastics)
• Wearing your MTO t-shirt into your appointment.

**BONUS TOKENS**

• Bring in your report card and recieve 1 tokens for each A or B.
  (or the equivalent)
• Refer a friend to our office and recieve 20 tokens.
